Your package will include _________ cameras and _______ hours of production plus editing. Our time limit begins when set up is complete. We request that you abide by the time limit. Additional time can be purchased upon availability per crew member per hour; payable at the close of the event. A deposit of 50% is due to secure your event. A post dated check or post dated credit will be required at that time for the balance. The balance will be kept on file and deposited 30 days before the event.

Please allow 3 weeks for editing. More time may be needed if there are clients scheduled ahead of your event. You will receive 2 copies of your DVD. Additional copies may be purchased.  A $4.00 restocking fee applies to any returned DVD. Your DVD will be approximately 2 hours long. 

Unforeseen contingencies that will constitute a refund

Your money will be refunded if reasons beyond our control hinder without remedy or stop your production. These may include but not limited to extreme traffic, accidents, sudden illness, equipment failure that can not be remedied or similar matters. In no event shall MVP total liability to client for all damages, losses and causes of action (whether in contract, tort, including negligence or otherwise) it shall not exceed the amount paid by the client to MVP.

Other unforeseen contingencies that will not constitute a refund

MVP will not be responsible for any damages caused to the video, video tapes, or damage to the picture or sound during the taping of the event caused by any other person, persons, facility, organization, entity, or event not directly under the control of the production company. This includes weather conditions in general, weather conditions for outside events, the choice of event lighting (including natural lighting) that the client selects for their occasion or similar matters.  MVP high recommends that  ambiance lighting be kept to a minimum. In no event will MVP be held liable and the client agrees that no damages in any form may be sought, and no refund will be given.

Use of footage

We reserve the right to use any footage for promotion purposes. Client will hold MVP harmless from any and all liability, loss, or damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the master copy or any copies provided to the client, footage and material contained therein. All data used to record the production (footage, tapes, and discs etc.) are the property of MVP and are not available to the client for any purposes and can not be purchased.

Critical DVD policy

We suggest that you make a copy of your DVD for safekeeping. This will allow you to preserve your event in case the original is lost, damaged, or destroyed. Your footage and computer data will be maintained for 2 days after receipt of the DVD. We do not provide storage after that time. If your DVD's are mailed, 2 days begins at the date delivery has been confirmed at the post office. This means that will will not have any footage or computer data available to reproduce the original in any manner. Defective discs must be replaced within 2 days from when you receive the discs from us. Please note that various advances have been made in DVD technology and older DVD's may have difficulty playing these properly. It is recommended to upgrade DVD players older than 2 years.

Other critical information

Please provide a meal and close parking for the crew. We wish to provide you with the best recording for your event. We suggest limiting picture taking to the photographer on hire to limit the amount of traffic from guests during the recording. We suggest asking guests to remain seated while taking pictures if at all possible.

I have read/agreed to the terms and conditions as stated. This supersedes any previous verbal or written agreements.
